Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order at reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
